Here’s how to share files and folders in One Drive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a file open or a file or folder selected select Share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the down arrow to choose permissions for the link you share. Options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone<\/strong> (if your organization allows it)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People in your organization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific people<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Apply<\/strong> to save the permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the name or email address of the people you want to share with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Send<\/strong>. Or, you can select Copy Link<\/strong> and send the link in an email or add it to a file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
